§ 1 scope
1.1 Nadja Link, Design & Style, Lena-Christ-Strasse 2a, D- 85055 Ingolstadt, operates a representative website for the presentation of the collection with an online shop at the Internet address www.frauenlust.de.
The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to orders placed through our shop and to our deliveries and services to the customer.
Deviating provisions of the customer are hereby contradicted, unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

§ 2 right of return
2.1 You can return the goods received within two weeks without giving a reason by sending them back.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the goods if the goods can be sent by parcel.
The period begins on the day after receipt of the goods and this instruction.
In any case, the return can only be sent back insured and prepaid, return costs will then be reimbursed.

2.2 If damaged or used goods are returned, we are entitled to assert claims for compensation.
This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would be possible, for example, in a shop.
The customer can avoid an obligation to pay compensation if he does not use the item like an owner and does not impair the item in any way. Textiles are only taken back unwashed and unused.
We would like to point out that we can only take back goods that are returned in the original packaging and to which our label with a seal is attached.
2.3 We ask for your understanding that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that have been individually manufactured according to customer specifications!
Our models are guaranteed to be of the best quality. Should your desired model not fit despite the dimensions, we of course offer you a free return service and change the model according to your specifications.
§ 3 Offers
3.1 The goods presented at www.frauenlust.de are digital photographs of the actually existing goods.
Slight deviations between representation and reality do not represent a defect in the goods ordered.
Color deviations between the colors displayed on your computer when you call up the website and the real colors of the models may depend on the color rendering of your

3.2 The products presented at www.frauenlust.de may or may not be available at the time the customer visits the website.
The customer will be informed immediately by email about the unavailability of the product and when it will be available from stock again.
3.3 The prices quoted are in euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3.4 In the case of figure-related adjustments according to customer specifications and articles ordered specifically according to customer requirements, the price of the ordered article may differ from that stated for the individual articles on the website.
We will inform you of this in a cost estimate or offer. The price depends on the individual changes to the goods. This price is also inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
3.5 We are entitled to make partial deliveries.
§ 4 Conclusion of the contract
By ordering the desired goods, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
We will accept the offer within 1-3 calendar days by email.
A contract between you and us is only concluded when we send you the ordered goods.
§ 5 User registration and ordering process
5.1 Registration for our trading system at www.frauenlust-couture.de is free.
Only persons with unlimited legal capacity are entitled to order.
5.2 When the customer has found the desired product, he can send it to us by clicking the button in the shopping cart and completing the purchase.
The customer passes on his data on the legal data protection rules to Frauenlust in order to guarantee the dispatch and to receive news from Frauenlust. This only after confirmation of the wish to receive the newsletter.
A short info mail is enough to unsubscribe from the newsletter or other info mail!
§ 6 Delivery & Shipping
6.1 The choice of the means of transport and the route of transport is at our discretion.
6.2 If in stock, the goods can usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation. If the size you want is not in stock, your desired item will be made by a master tailor and can be shipped within 8-14 days. In exceptional cases and for custom-made products, it can take up to 21 days.
In general, delivery is by appointment, we will contact you immediately after the purchase and are available for questions at: info@frauenlust.de. In the case of particularly complex models, there may be a longer waiting time, of course we will explain this to you in the course of the order.
6.3 As a rule, we only manufacture limited editions of our textiles. It can therefore happen that an article is not immediately available at the time of your order. The article can usually be made according to your wishes.
6.4 Items that cannot be delivered
If, as an exception, an article you have ordered is no longer available because the article is no longer in stock and Frauenlust no longer produces the article, Frauenlust reserves the right not to execute your order and to withdraw from any delivery obligation.
In this case, Frauenlust will inform you immediately about the unavailability and reimburse you for any payments made.
The same applies if the non-deliverability occurs as a result of force majeure, i.e. if the production of the goods is not only temporarily out of order due to natural disasters, war, other human destruction or an operational disruption at the producer in the form of a plant closure or other production downtime or the goods are in transit due to natural disasters , human destruction or piracy is destroyed or lost.
The right of withdrawal does not exist if Frauenlust is responsible for the non-delivery.
6.5 Transport damage
If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such errors immediately to us or to the employee of the transport company who is delivering the item.
Failure to make this complaint does not, however, affect your legal claims. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty obligation, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for the removal of defects / new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for the damage, apply the fulfillment as well as the replacement of your
futile expenses. Guarantee claims exist without prejudice to the legal claims / rights.
6.6 In addition to the prices stated, we also charge a flat-rate shipping fee for deliveries.

6.7 In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once.
§ 7 payment
You can pay for your order in advance or cash on delivery.
7.1 Procedure for payment in advance
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is optimal for you. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any taxes that may be incurred, such as VAT. You may only have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and / or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases for cross-border deliveries, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up on the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately in the course of the order process and are to be borne by you in addition.

7.2 Payment of custom-made products according to customer specifications
For customer-specific custom-made products, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30 percent of the total price of the cost estimate.
We ask new customers for an advance payment of the remaining amount before shipping of the ordered article.
Regular customers have the option to pay by invoice.
We cannot allow you to pay cash on delivery for custom-made products.
We ask for your understanding.
7.2 A right of retention and a right to refuse performance of the buyer with the exception of undisputed or legally established counterclaims are excluded in commercial transactions.
§ 8 retention of title
All goods delivered by us remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
§ 9 Warranty
The legal warranty right applies.
Should there be any reason to complain, it is a matter of course for us to check this and find a solution with you.
Please contact us immediately, your satisfaction is very important to us.
§ 10 data protection
10.1 We use the customer's inventory data exclusively to process his order. We store and process the customer's data in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Teleservices Data Protection Act.
10.2 You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data at any time.
10.3 We do not pass on the personal data of the customer to third parties. This does not apply to our service partners, who need the relevant data to process orders. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
10.4 The customer expressly consents to the above collection, processing and use of personal data.
§ 11 Choice of law, effectiveness
11.1 The legal relationships between the parties are based exclusively on German law to the exclusion of the UN sales law.
11.2 Should one or more provisions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11.3. The place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is the registered office of the seller if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
11.4. The contract language is German.
